Join us on Valentine's Day for a special five- course menu and evening
that you won't forget!
Start your dinner with a Shrimp Cocktail followed by either a Cranberry
Cheddar Cheese Fondue or a Zesty Italian Cheese Fondue served
with bread, apples and vegetables for dipping. Next, select the Hearts
of Palm Salad or the Strawberry Almond Salad. For your entree, enjoy
Filet Mignon, Italian Marinated Chicken, Shrimp, Balsamic Marinated
Sirloin, Ahi Tuna, Potstickers accompanied by a a selection of fresh
vegetables and savory dipping sauces. For desert, enjoy either
Caramel-Grand Marnier Milk Chocolate Fondue or any of our
chocolates with Heart-shaped Raspberry puree.
The cost of this dinner is $150 which includes tax, gratuity and a
keepsake photograph of each couple. Reservations are filling up fast,

Reservations
For our guest's convenience you can make a reservation on the web
for parties of 4 or less by clicking on the reservations tab. Larger
parties need to contact the restaurant at (317) 841-3601 so that a
manager can ensure availability and help you plan your menu. For
weekend reservations we suggest calling one to two weeks in
advance. In the event you are unable to honor your reservation,
please call to cancel.
Book Your Special Party at The Melting Pot
The management team of Michael Hughes, General Manager, and
Kyle Loomis, Tony Fese, and Lacey Mitchell, Restaurant Managers, are available
to make your party special or to answer any questions. Please call
any of our managers to make your arrangements and reserve a date.
With private party rooms that can accommodate 8 - 52 guests,
The Melting Pot of Castleton is ideal for your entertaining needs.
You can print and import the Fondue Banquet menu by visiting the
event tab. Your special night at The Melting Pot will truly allow you
to "Dip Into Something Different!"

For Fridays and Saturdays, we recommend that you call at least one to two weeks in advance.

Small Room: Holds up to 8 guests
We recommend that you make your reservation at least two weeks in
advance for parties of 8-10 and at least three weeks in advance for
parties of 11 or more.
