Located at the corner of 5th Street and Water Street on the first
floor of the new Holsinger Building on the Downtown Mall. A
parking garage is available one block north of the restaurant on
5th Street between Main Street & Market Street.

Our restaurant is non-smoking.
Smoking area provided in front of restaurant.

Closing times represent when our kitchen closes. The last
seatings will be 15 minutes prior to published seating times.

We will open as early as 11:30 a.m. for set menu parties of a
minimum of 15 guests.

You can make reservations by phone any day after 12 noon. Call 434-244-DINE (3463) and then press extension #4.

Using the link below, you may make reservations 24 hours a day. We can only accept reservations for parties of four or less online. You must call to make reservations for Ladies Night Out, Wine Dinners and other holidays.

Large Parties

Large Party Menu (Required for parties of 15 or more guests)

The Melting Pot has 3 different large party menu options for parties of 15 or more guests. Please print out the menu selection page and after completely filling in all the blanks, fax it to 434-872-0088. We will contact you within 24 hours of receipt. Make sure that you include phone numbers that will be best to reach you between 12pm-3pm.

From the East or West: Exit at Exit#120 and go north until you reach the light at Water Street and turn Right. Continue on Water Street 5 blocks and we are on the corner of 5th and Water St. There is public parking that we validate for 2 hours at the corner of Water Street and 3rd or Market Street and 5th. Remember to bring your parking ticket to validate.
