Pacific Islands Big Night Out
First Course: Feng Shui Cheese fondue with notes of sake and
mirin (sweet rice wine) blended into Gruyère cheese and Horseradish
and Chive Havarti.
Second Course: Lettuce Wraps with cucumber, curly carrots,
bean sprouts, and fresh mint, sprinkled with honey roasted
almonds and a mandarin orange-ginger dressing.
Third Course: For the entree course we have combined
citrus infused pork, sushi-grade ahi tuna encrusted in our own
Garlic and Wine Seasoning and black and wasabi sesame seeds,
garlic chili chicken breast, kiwi lime shrimp, spring vegetable
dumplings, and fresh vegetables.
Fourth Course: For dessert we are offering our Yin & Yang with
a twist. Come enjoy our signature dark chocolate swirled together
with passion fruit infused white chocolate. Our chocolate is served
with strawberries, pound cake, brownies, bananas, marshmallows,
Rice Krispies® treats, and a slice of cheescake!
