Wine Academy 101: Six Week Wine Series
Wednesdays, September 15 - October 20, 2010 (6:30 pm - 8:30 pm)
Do you want to learn about wine but don't know where to begin? Join local wine expert, Rachel Tieger, as we host a wine-tasting series. Learn the basics of wine tasting as well as discover the joys of drinking wine each week. Register for all six classes ($195) or single sessions ($40 each). Each week we will explore a variety of wines, including sparkling and after dinner wines. Class size is limited, so register early. Please ask for Kathy or Heather.

Special Girls' Night Out Event to Support Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team In Training®

Please join the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team In Training® for an important FONDUE-Raiser!
Two of New York's Team In Training® participants - Debbie Griggs amd Deborah Mannion – are preparing for marathons in an effort to raise more than $5,400 for funding blood cancer research. They are both participating in these running events to remember loved ones lost to cancer and honor those who have won their battle.
A portion of the proceeds from each meal will be donated to the organization. We will raffle off a “Fondue to Go” gift basket along with a Beauticontrol Instant Manicure set. We will also offer $6.00 Hypnotic martinis during the evening and all guests will receive a special gift bag (courtesy of Hypnotic).

Book Talk and Signing with Author Andi Rosenthal

As a thank you to our loyal guests, we have launched a loyalty program that earns you points for every dollar spent on food and beverages in the restaurant. Earn one point for every dollar and you will receive your introductory reward of a $25 DIP Rewards certificate after 200 points. Please ask your server for an application on your next visit or sign up ahead of time by clicking here . For guests that register online, you are able to accrue points using the phone number listed on your card. Please note that your DIP Rewards certificate expires after 60 days. This is a loyalty program and NOT a gift certificate. Of course, the DIP Rewards certificate is freely transferable and can be used by others.

The Melting Pot Caters to Guests with Food Allergies and Celiac Disease
Please let us know upon making your reservation of any food allergies and sensitivities. Our staff is regularly trained to handle questions about food allergens and will provide you with a complete list of the foodstuffs in our menu to help you select your meal. Many of our menu items can be modified or substituted to be gluten-free, tree nut-free, garlic-free, seafood-free, fish-free, egg-free and soy-free. We are also a member of The Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network (FAAN) and the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG).
The Melting Pot Now Offers Tasty Vegetarian Options
We are recommended by The American Vegetarian Association. Besides our cheese, chocolate and salad choices, we also offer a very popular vegetarian entree that includes fresh vegetables, tofu, artichoke hearts, Portobello Mushrooms and ravioli. Please also note that all of our cheeses are made with rennets of non-animal origin (vegetable and microbial only).
