Bring any bottle of wine Wednesday evening and the corkage fee

  • What is the average dining time at The Melting Pot?
    • For parties of 2-4 guests, the average dining time is about 1.5-2 hours. Parties of 5+ generally take anywhere from 2.5-3 hours.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash,Gift Cards with The Melting Pot logo and Traveler Checks. Due to issues collecting funds, we are not able to accept American Express gift cards.
  • What are holiday hours at The Melting Pot in 2010?
    • Fourth of July (7/4) CLOSED
    • Halloween (10/31) 3-9PM
    • Thanksgiving (11/26)- CLOSED
    • Christmas Eve (12/24) 3-9PM
    • Christmas Day (12/25) CLOSED
    • NYE (12/31) 4-10pm (set menu)
    • NY Day (1/1) 11:30-10pm (brunch and regular menu)
  • Are cheeses at The Melting Pot pasteurized?
    • Yes! All of our cheeses are pasteurized (except Bleu cheese).
  • Do you have a list of allergens in the restaurant?
    • Yes. The Melting Pot has a current list of allergens varying from gluten to sulfites. Please notify the hospitality specialist upon making a reservation and/or your server upon greeting and we would be happy to supply you with a list of items.
  • Are you cheeses vegetarian and broths vegetarian-friendly?
    • Yes!Our broths are vegetable-based bouillon. Our cheeses are made with vegetable rennet as well. We offer vegetarian friendly cheese fondues,salads,chocolate fondue (excluding the marshmallows and rice krispy treats if you do not eat gelatin) and a vegetarian entree.
