FIRST COURSE
Pesto Walnut Swiss Cheese Fondue
White wine, garlic, Swiss cheese, black pepper, Parmesan cheese, pesto and
chopped walnuts.

SECOND COURSE
Wedge Salad
Romaine lettuce, dried cranberries, bleu cheese crumbles, red onion, bacon and
Gorgonzola port dressing.

THIRD COURSE
Creole Chicken, Teriyaki Sirloin, White Shrimp and Vegetable Dumplings with
choice of Court Bouillon or Bourguignonne cooking style.

FOURTH COURSE
Rocky Road Chocolate Fondue
Milk chocolate, marshmallow cream and walnuts.

COSTUME CONTESTS AT 6 P.M. AND 8 P.M.
