Charities We are so thrilled to be working with these charities each month:
January - Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation February - Memorial Hospital for Children's Foundation March - CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for children) April - TESSA (Help and hope for domestice violence situations) May - Silver Key Senior Services June - Care and Share Food Bank July - Catholic Charities (helps so many, including Marian House) August - Humane Society of Pikes Peak Region September - Colorado Springs Chorale October - Bob Telmosse's Christmas - Santa-Bob.org
Each month a charity at the Melting Pot is highlighted. Three avenues of fundraising by the restaurant:
1. A $1.00 per Big Night Out (our popular four-course meal) sold will be donated - right of our bottom line. We usually sell between 750-1000 Big Night Outs per month so you can see this is quite automatic.
2. Special wines will be highlighted and if purchased, $3-10 per wine will be donated.
3. Our check presentation will have a donation line on the chit so the guest can add any amount of donation on their payment. $1 left on that line tends to add up quickly when so many do it!
THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING OUR CHARITIES. IT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!
