Estee Lauder Breast Cancer Awareness Girls' Night Out Tuesday, September 21 and Tuesday, October 26, 2010
We are delighted to be hosting a series of events with Estee Lauder in support of their 2010 Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign. In conjunction with our locations in Darien (CT ) and White Plains (NY), our goal is raise $10,000 for this very important cause.
Join us in Westwood for a special four course fondue dinner for $45 per person which includes a $10 donation to the campaign. In addition, we will be whipping up some delicious drinks (Think Pink Martinis) and will be hosting a raffle with great prizes. All guests in attendance will also receive a free gift, courtesy of Estee Lauder. Space is limited, so book your reservation now for what promises to be a fun and rewarding evening. Book Talk and Signing with Author Andi Rosenthal October, 2010 (Date to Be Announced Soon)
Andi Rosenthal is a longtime Westchester county resident and the author of the new book, “The Bookseller's Sonnets.” During this special book talk and signing event, Rosenthal will read a few excerpts from the book as well as discuss what influenced her to write "The Bookseller's Sonnets."

American Diabetes Association - Benefit Dinner Thursday, November 4, 2010
November is National Diabetes Awareness month. Since diabetes is the fastest growing health problem in the United States, The Melting Pot will be teaming up with the American Diabetes Association (New Jersey chapter) to help raise funds for diabetes research.
Please join the American Diabetes Association for this important FONDUE-Raiser! A portion of the proceeds from each meal will be donated to the organization. For those living with diabetes - we will be offering a special "sugar free" chocolate fondue during this event!

Small Plate Appetizers - Join Us for Happy Hour! Monday thru Friday from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm We have expanded The Melting Pot of Westwood's bar menu to include our famous fondue cuisine and a variety of delicious appetizers. Our newest additions include an Artisan Cheese Plate, Antipasti Platter, Seared Tuna, Smoked Salmon Bruschetta, Lobster Roll and Shrimp Cocktail. As a thank you to our wonderful customers, we have just launched a loyalty rewards program that earns you points for every dollar spent on food and beverages in the restaurant. Earn one point for every dollar and you will receive your introductory reward of a $25 DIP Rewards certificate after 200 points! Please ask your server for an application on your next visit or sign up ahead of time by clicking here. For guests that register online, you are able to accrue points using the phone number listed on your account until your card arrives. You will be able to track your points and certificates by visiting www.myrepeatrewards.com/TheMeltingPot and signing up using your account number. Wednesdays are double point days! This program is valid in the Westwood, NJ, White Plains, NY and Darien, CT stores only.

For our guest's convenience you can make a reservation on the web for parties of 6 or less. Larger parties need to contact the restaurant so a manager can ensure availability and help you plan your menu.
For weekend reservations we suggest calling well in advance. In the event you are unable to honor your reservation, please call to cancel.

The "Party Room." This comfortable and private room seats 16 in 2 tables of 8. To arrange a special family or business function and pre-order dinner and wines, please ask to speak one of the Managers. We also have a new Party room that seats 30 and is very private and as audio/visual equipment.
"Lovers' Lane." This room is perfect for a romantic evening with someone special. The 2 seat private booths are much in demand. We can arrange for flowers, wine or champagne to be waiting at the table.
Our Main Dining Room. The restaurant features include faux marble columns, a fireplace and 9 pieces of original art by Uri Tremler.

The Celebration Restaurant
The Melting Pot in Westwood is the #1 restaurant in Bergen County for celebrations. Fondue is just fun! Find out why The New York Times calls The Melting Pot ..."pure entertainment". Come enjoy some incredible fondue. The restaurant is beautiful with original artwork, a walk-in wine room, beautiful bar with a fireplace and comfortbable booth seating. We make it easy for you to host a great party that your guests will enjoy and talk about for years to come. There is ample parking and it is free after 6pm and on Sundays.
The Melting Pot of Westwood accomodates parties of all sizes. Our main dining room seats 65, our private party room seats 25 to 32 guests and our semi-private small party room seats 14 to 16 guests. The private party room includes a projector with a drop-down screen for videos, games, DVD or TV, for a small rental fee. We specialize in parties that have to be fun and different. Directions / Map: From Hackensack (approx 7 miles): Take Kinderkamack Road (Route 503N) through River Edge, Oradell and Emerson. Entering Westwood, turn left at the traffic light onto Westwood Ave (the main street with many nice shops). Center Ave. is the 2nd road on the right. The Melting Pot is in the car park on the left. From Montvale and Park Ridge (approx 4 miles): Take Kinderkamack Road (Route 503S). In Westwood, turn right at the traffic light into Westwood Ave. Center Ave is the 2nd road on the right. The Melting Pot is in the car park on the left.
From Ridgewood and Glenrock (approx 6 miles): Take Ridgewood Avenue to Oradell. Turn left at the traffic light onto Kinderkamack Road (Route 503N). Go through Emerson. Entering Westwood, turn left at the traffic light onto Westwood Ave (the main shopping street). Center Ave is the 2nd road on the right. The Melting Pot is in the car park on the left. Alternatively, pick up Hollywood Road in HoHoKus and follow 502E all the way to The Iron Horse in Westwood. Cross the railroad tracks into Westwood Ave (the main street with the nice shops). Center Ave is the 1st left. The Melting Pot is located in the car park on the left.
From Exit 168 Garden State Parkway going North: Turn right onto Washington Ave (Route 502E). Go approximately 2 miles to the Iron Horse, cross the railroad tracks and bear left into downtown on Westwood Ave. Center Ave is the 1st road on the left. The Melting Pot is in the car park on the left.
