We regret to announce that The Melting Pot of La Jolla has closed for business indefinitely as of Friday, June 19, 2020.
The Melting Pot of La Jolla was forced to close its dining room on March 17 due to a state ban on dine-in service. The current lease ended on June 1 and the franchise owner and landlord were unable to reach favorable terms on a lease renewal.
We invite the community to continue to enjoy fondue at the nearest Melting Pot location, San Diego Gaslamp Quarter, which reopens June 19.
While there are no confirmed plans to re-open this location, The Melting Pot Restaurants, Inc., has a strong interest to reopen another location in the future within the San Diego-Carlsbad area.
If you have purchased Melting Pot gift cards, please note that they may be used nationwide at any of our locations and have no expiration date. The Melting Pot of San Diego Gaslamp Quarter will accept dip certificates and other vouchers from The Melting Pot of La Jolla.
