Cheese of the Month: Queso Salsa Fresca
This one’s all about fresh, bright flavor with a little kick. It’s a blend of butterkäse and fontina melted together with a splash of Mexican beer, then mixed with fresh salsa, jalapeños, cilantro, lime, cumin, and black pepper.
It comes out creamy, a little tangy, a little spicy, and super snackable. Basically like your favorite salsa and queso decided to become one thing.
Mexican Chocolate Fondue:
Warm, rich milk chocolate melted down with Kahlúa, a touch of cinnamon, and just a hint of cayenne for a little heat at the end. It’s finished tableside with a flambé, which adds a deep, toasted note.
It’s smooth, a little spicy, and very easy to keep eating long after you meant to stop.
