In 2015, Melting Pot started an exceptional food initiative to bring our guests the highest quality, premium ingredients. A concentrated focus on exceptional foods led us to partnerships with our friends at Roth Cheese, Kindred Creamery and Cacao-Trace®.
Kindred Creamery, based out of Wisconsin, is known for their one-of-a-kind Cows First™ program. When cows are treated right, their milk is of the highest standard and produces high quality cheese in a sustainable manner.
Cacao-Trace ensures cocoa farmers earn a sustainable living through the Next Generation Cacao Foundation and focuses on the post-harvest fermentation of cocoa beans to produce superior tasting chocolate.

Proudly Crafted in Wisconsin
At Roth, we believe great food begins with good ingredients and a commitment to quality. Every wheel of Roth cheese starts with fresh milk from local family farms in Wisconsin, where generations of farmers and cheesemakers have worked side by side to create something truly special.
Our team takes pride in crafting cheeses that are as enjoyable as they are award-winning—earning recognition at the highest levels, including World Champion at the 2016 World Championship Cheese Contest. With over 325 awards to date, Roth remains dedicated to one simple promise: when you choose Roth, you know it will always be good.
From our farms to your fondue pot, we’re honored to bring Wisconsin craftsmanship and quality to Melting Pot’s guests nationwide.

Certified Chocolate Fondue
Across the globe, Cacao-Trace farmers take pride in growing sustainable cocoa beans. Thanks to an intense focus on fermentation, soil, climate, and genetic variety, only the highest quality, full-flavor beans become Cacao-Trace chocolate.
What makes Cacao-Trace unique is the mutually-beneficial relationship between farmers and the Next Generation Cacao Foundation, which helps cocoa farmers earn a sustainable living by increasing the value of their cocoa.
One of the key ways this value is shared is through the Chocolate Bonus initiative: for every pound of Cacao-Trace chocolate sold, 5 cents are given back directly to the farmers and their communities. This ensures a sustainable future and great tasting chocolate for generations to come. From farm to fondue, taste the Cacao-Trace® difference.
