First Course
Green Goddess Cheddar: Lager beer, garlic and our creamy Green Goddess swirled into our cheddar and Swiss cheese blend, then topped with freshly cracked black pepper.
Served with a variety of rustic artisan breads, tortilla chips, vegetables and Granny Smith apples for dipping.
Second Course Choice of:
Caesar Salad: Crisp romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, shredded Parmesan and seasoned croutons finished with Parmesan-encrusted pine nuts.
The Melting Pot House Salad: Crisp romaine and iceberg lettuce, aged cheddar cheese, Roma tomatoes, seasoned croutons and sliced egg with your choice of Peppercorn Ranch Dressing or sweet and tangy House Dressing.
California Salad: Mixed baby greens, Roma tomatoes, candied pecans and Gorgonzola cheese with Raspberry Black Walnut Vinaigrette.
Third Course
Filet Mignon, Succulent Shrimp, Teriyaki-Marinated Sirloin, Breast of Chicken, pork tenderloin and raviolis.
