First Course: Cheese Fondue Cheddar Cheese Fondue
Aged medium-sharp cheddar and Emmenthaler Swiss cheeses melt beautifully with lager beer, garlic and seasonings. Served with artisan breads and seasonal fruit and veggies for dipping.
Second Course: Salad
