Cheese Selection:
All cheese fondues are served with different types of bread, vegetables and fresh apples.
Bacon Bacon Bacon:
Butterkase and Fontina Cheese, vegetable bouillon, crispy bacon, candied bacon, bacon jam, topped with scallions
Hatch Green Chile Cheddar
Cheddar/Swiss cheese blend fresh garlic, Hatch Green Chile, Worcestershire and spices.
Salad:
California: Spring Mix, Roma Tomato, Candied Pecans, Gorgonzola Cheese, and Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
Bacon Parmesan Ranch: Romaine tossed in Ranch Dressing, Parmesan Cheese, Bacon, Parmesan Encrusted Pine Nuts, and Croutons.

Petite Entrée:
Herb Crusted Chicken, Shrimp, Atlantic Salmon and Garlic Pepper Sirloin
Entrees served with a variety of vegetables and 6 different dipping sauces

Chocolate Fondue served with fresh fruit, pastries and other delicious dippables
Pure Chocolate: Choose from Milk, Dark or White Chocolate
Flaming Turtle: Milk Chocolate, Caramel, Flambeed tableside and Candied Pecans
Banana Pudding Pie: White Chocolate swirled with banana pudding, topped with whipped cream and Nilla’ wafers. (just like Nana used to make)
