Butterkase and Fontina Cheese, vegetable bouillon, crispy bacon, candied bacon, bacon jam, topped with scallions
Hatch Green Chile Cheddar
Cheddar/Swiss cheese blend fresh garlic, Hatch Green Chile, Worcestershire and spices.
Salad:
California: Spring Mix, Roma Tomato, Candied Pecans, Gorgonzola Cheese, and Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
Bacon Parmesan Ranch: Romaine tossed in Ranch Dressing, Parmesan Cheese, Bacon, Parmesan Encrusted Pine Nuts, and Croutons.

Bring the Family so the kids can become cheese whiz apprentices for their lunch ! This interactive dipping experience includes cheese fondue plus a take home chef hat, Polaroid keepsake, and official “Certified Melting Pot Dipper” bragging rights for just $26 a child.
