FIRST COURSE CHEESE FONDUE: CHOOSE ONE- Classic Alpine, Wisconsin Cheddar or Wisconsin Trio Cheese Fondue
SECOND COURSE ENTREE: CHOOSE ONE
-The Land- Memphis-Style Pork, Teriyaki Sirloin, and Herb-Crusted Chicken.
-The Sea- Tuna,Shrimp and Atlantic Salmon
-The Resolution (Best of Both)- Teriyaki Sirloin, Shrimp, Memphis-Style Pork and Herb Chicken.
THIRD COURSE CHOCOLATE FONDUE: CHOOSE ONE
