Semi-Private Room
Our beautiful semi-private event room can accommodate groups of 10 to 14 people, comfortably. This special event space is perfect for medium sized group events such as birthday parties, corporate meetings/meals, and pretty much any kind of celebration. Enjoy a 4-course meal with your group in this beautiful space while experiencing the best that Melting Pot has to offer.
Large Sized Private Parties
Our restaurant is perfect for large private group events of 25 to 200 people. We can accommodate seated 4-course meal service, or a more social cheese & chocolate mixer style event that can offer guests in your party with the perfect atmosphere to mingle and engage with everyone from your large party! Our large sized private parties can be reserved and held between 12pm and 4pm Monday through Friday and are perfect for a wide range of events and event types.
Cheese & Chocolate Mixer
This large party approach is perfect for groups of 24 to 75 that wish to create an opportunity for their guests to socialize and mingle with one another while feasting on the best of Melting Pot's cheese and chocolate fondues. The cheese & chocolate mixer can be hosted in our cafe & bar area or on either of our expansive patios.
Outdoor Patio Social
The best of both worlds!! Combine our Cheese & Chocolate Mixer with the amazing views from our 3rd floor patios and you'll create the perfect scene for your group of 24 to 75 guests. Create an opportunity for them to socialize and mingle with one another in an exciting atmosphere while feasting on the best of Melting Pot's cheese and chocolate fondues.

Please choose two cheese fondue selections. We highly recommend having the cheese fondue pre-set with all large parties. Seasonal cheese fondue selections may be available upon request.
- Classic Alpine: Gruyère, Raclette, Fontina, White Wine, Garlic, Nutmeg.
- Wisconsin Cheddar: Aged Cheddar, Emmenthaler, Sam Adams Boston Lager®, Garlic.
- Fiesta: Aged Cheddar, Emmenthaler, Sam Adams Boston Lager®, Housemade Salsa, Jalapeño.
- BACON BACON BACON: Butterkäse, Fontina, Vegetable Bouillon, Crispy Bacon, Candied Bacon, Bacon Jam, Black Pepper, Garlic, Scallions

- Caesar: Romaine, Parmesan, Croutons, Caesar Dressing, Parmesan-Dusted Pine Nuts.
- California: Mixed Greens, Candied Pecans, Gorgonzola, Tomatoes, Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette.
Entrées are presented on one platter to serve every two guests and are accompanied by fresh assorted vegetables and our unique sauces for dipping. Price is per person and includes all four courses, cooking style and soft drink, iced tea or coffee.
- The Classic: Shrimp, Memphis-Style Dry Rub Pork, Teriyaki-Marinated Steak, Garlic Pepper Steak, Herb-Crusted Chicken Breast ($60 per person)
- Land and Sea: Garlic Pepper Steak, Herb-Crusted Chicken Breast, Shrimp, Atlantic Salmon ($60 per person)
- The Garden Pot: Impossible™ Polpettes, Red Onion, Asparagus, Zucchini, Mini Sweet Peppers, Wild Mushroom Ravioli, Artichoke Hearts ($4 per person)
- Pacific Rim: Shrimp, Teriyaki Steak, Chicken Potstickers, Sesame-Crusted Ahi Tuna, Duck Breast ($60 per person)
Cooking Styles: Our entrées can be prepared with any of the cooking styles listed below. Please choose up to two.
- Coq au Vin: Burgundy Wine, Mushrooms, Scallions, Garlic.
- Grill: Tabletop Grilling.
- Seasoned Court Bouillon: Seasoned Vegetable Broth.
For a perfect ending to the experience, indulge in delicious chocolate fondue served with a variety of decadent dippers. Seasonal chocolate fondue selections may be available upon request.
- Flaming Turtle: The creamy flavor of milk chocolate is melted with caramel, flambéed, and topped with candied pecans.
- Bananas Foster: The buttery flavor of white chocolate is melted with bananas & dulce de leche, then flambéed.
- The Original: The smooth flavor of milk chocolate is melted with crunchy peanut butter.
- Yin & Yang: The decadent and buttery flavors of dark and white chocolate fondue are artfully swirled together.
- S’mores: The smooth, creamy flavor of milk chocolate is swirled with marshmallow crème, flambéed, and topped with graham cracker

Deposits: For Groups of 10 or more, a 25% deposit is required for your reservation.
Reservations: Large parties enjoying a four course meal are booked for a leisurely three hours. As a courtesy to other guests booked after your reservation, please ask your guests to arrive on time and allow for travel and traffic conditions..
Confirmation: A final confirmation number of guests must be given to a manager two days prior to your event. This is the final count for which you will be billed.
Cancellations: We understand the occasional inevitability of last-minute changes. Therefore, our cancellation fee of $20 per person will only be applied if more than one third of the party fails to show up without a 48 notification.
Entertainment: For cocktail parties, receptions or any event, we will be happy to help arrange entertainment; however, the size of our facility may limit your options
20% gratuity will be added to parties of 8 or more.
