On New Year's Eve, we're offering both lunch and dinner. Our regular dinner menu will NOT be available. Reservations are required, along with a credit card on file. 

Lunch 12pm-3pm: pre-fix Four-Course meal for $75 per guest and $30 for children 12 and under.

Dinner 3pm-10pm: pre-fix indulgent Five-Course Fondue Experience starting at $86 per guest. Children's pricing and menu is not available during dinner.

Starter

Enjoy our starter to begin your evening (available only on the dinner menu)

  • Shrimp Cocktail: Pacific white shrimp accompanied by our housemade cocktail sauce
  • Blackberry Crostini: A delicate blend of blackberry and balsamic atop a crostini with plant-based cheese

Cheese Fondue

Please choose one cheese fondue. Each cheese fondue comes with artisan breads and seasonal vegetables for dipping.

  • Prosciutto & Asparagus: Crisp asparagus, white wine and prosciutto combined with Gruyère, fontina and Raclette cheeses
  • Black Truffle Cheddar: White Wine, Garlic, Cream Cheese, Cheddar Cheese Blend, Black Truffle Sea Salt, Black Pepper
  • Spinach Artichoke: Butterkäse, Fontina, Parmesan, Spinach, Artichoke Hearts, Garlic

Salad

Enjoy one of our delicious salads each featuring one of The Melting Pot's signature dressings.

  • Gorgonzola & Pear: Mixed greens, pears, gorgonzola cheese, sliced almonds, apple cider vinaigrette
  • Caesar: Romaine, Parmesan, croutons, Caesar dressing, Parmesan-dusted pine nuts

All entrées include seasonal vegetables and signature dipping sauces. Vegan and Vegetarian options available upon request ($68 per person for lunch | $79 per person for dinner)

  • New Year’s Feast: Filet Mignon, Herb-Crusted Chicken, Garlic Pepper Sirloin, Shrimp, Crab Ravioli ($75 per person for lunch | $86 per person for dinner)
  • New Year’s Indulgence: Cold Water Lobster Tail, Filet Mignon, Herb-Crusted Chicken, Garlic Pepper Sirloin, Shrimp, Crab Ravioli ($99 per person - only available at dinner)

Cooking Styles

Our entrées can be prepared with any of the premium cooking styles listed below.

  • Coq au Vin: Burgundy wine, mushrooms, scallions, garlic
  • Mojo: Caribbean-inspired, garlic, cilantro, citrus
  • Court Bouillon: Seasoned vegetable broth

Chocolate Fondue

Please choose one chocolate fondue. Enjoy fresh strawberries, blondies, bananas, pineapple, marshmallow treats, pound cake and brownie for dipping with your choice of the following chocolate fondues.

  • Sparkling Chocolate Fondue: White chocolate flavored fondue melted with sparkling wine and garnished with fresh strawberries and whipped topping
  • Caramel Toffee Crunch: The creamy flavor of milk chocolate is melted with caramel and crunch Heath Bar pieces
  • Dark Mint Cookie: The rich flavor of dark chocolate is swirled with crème de menthe and topped with chocolate mint cookie crumbles

Our premium wine flight will complete your celebration ($28 per guest):
Maso Canali, Pinot Grigio | Noviello, Chardonnay | Jordan, Cabernet Sauvignon | Belle Glos, Pinot Noir

Menu is priced per person and includes all five courses (lunch is four courses without the starter)

Menu is subject to change. Tax, 4% surcharge and 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill. A 4% surcharge will be added to all guest checks to help offset costs associated with Washington's minimum wage ordinance and benefits for our dedicated team members. The entire surcharge will be retained by the restaurant and no portion will be distributed as a tip or gratuity to the restaurant's staff.
