This New Year’s Eve, celebrate in the most delicious way possible with our one-night-only menu! On New Year's Eve, our regular dinner menu will NOT be available. Reservations are required, along with a credit card on file.
Reservations are available 3pm-11pm: pre-fix indulgent Five-Course Fondue Experience starting at $88 per guest. Children's pricing and menu is not available. The pricing below includes all five-courses.

Starter
Enjoy our starter to begin your evening.
- Caprese Skewers: cherry tomato, basil leaves, mozzarella balls topped balsamic glaze
Salad
Enjoy one of our delicious salads, each featuring one of The Melting Pot's signature dressings.
- Smoked Salmon Caesar Salad: crisp romaine toassed in creamy Caesar and topped with shredded parmesan, house-made croutons and smoked salmon
- Bleu Years Eve: spinach, tomatoes, egg, bacon, red onion, bleu cheese crumbles with a gorgonzola buttermilk bleu cheese dressing
Cheese Fondue
Please choose one cheese fondue. Each cheese fondue comes with artisan breads and seasonal vegetables for dipping.
- Champagne Wishes & Truffle Caviar Dreams: Gruyere, raclette, fontina, roasted garlic, sparkling wine, asparagus, truffle oil, freshly-shaved truffle pecorino, chives, truffle "caviar" pearls
- Green Goddess Cheddar: Cheddar, Emmenthaler, Sam Adams Boston Lager, garlic, housemade green goddess and black pepper
Entrée
All entrées include seasonal vegetables and signature dipping sauces.
- New Year’s Delight: filet mignon, spicy thai teriyaki steak, honey dijon chicken, roasted garlic shrimp, featured ravioli, Andouille sausage - $88 per person
- Ultimate New Year's Entrée: lobster tail, filet mignon, spicy thai teriyaki steak, honey dijon chicken, roasted garlic shrimp, featured ravioli, Andouille sausage - $116 per person
Cooking Styles
Our entrées can be prepared with any of the premium cooking styles listed below.
- Coq au Vin: Burgundy wine, mushrooms, scallions, garlic
- Seasoned Court Bouillon: Seasoned vegetable broth
Chocolate Fondue
Please choose one chocolate fondue.
- NYE Salted Caramel Toffee: white chocolate swirled with dulce de leche and coarse sea salt, topped with buttery toffee bits
- 24K Golden: the smooth creamy flavor of milk chocolate is melted with marshmallow creme, cookie butter, caramel, golden pecans, flambeed with liquid gold
Menu is priced per person and includes all five-courses.
Menu is subject to change. Tax, 4% surcharge and 18% gratuity will be added to the final bill. A 4% surcharge will be added to all guest checks to help offset costs associated with Washington's minimum wage ordinance and benefits for our dedicated team members. The entire surcharge will be retained by the restaurant and no portion will be distributed as a tip or gratuity to the restaurant's staff.
