Additional beverages, tax, and gratuity are not included in the package price and will be added to the final bill. The host agrees to provide a final head count to the event coordinator two days prior to the event date. If no final head count is given two days prior, the party will be billed for the number of guests provided on the Large Party Agreement. The restaurant will only block space for the agreed upon number of guests. The restaurant reserves the right to use any tables around the party unless prior arrangements are made. There is no guarantee of private seating. Large parties ordering the full four course experience are booked for three (3) hours from the reservation time. As a courtesy to other guests booked after your reservation, please ask your guests to arrive on time and allow for travel and traffic conditions. Parties will not be seated until the full party is present. Should your party not show, fail to cancel by 5 P.M. one day prior, or are short more than three (3) guests, $25 per missing guest will be charged to the final bill in the form of a Melting Pot Gift Card that can be used on a future visit. All large parties will undergo a “soft hold” until the Large Party Agreement has been sent to the restaurant. A reservation will be considered finalized when a Large Party Agreement is returned. Should the party not send in a Large Party Agreement at least two days prior to event date, the restaurant reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Host credit card will be charged a $200 deposit upon receipt of the Large Party Agreement which will be applicable to the final bill at the conclusion of the meal. All parties of eight (8) or more will have 18% gratuity added to the final bill. Although we can apply separate payment denominations to the total check, we are unable to provide separate itemized checks for groups of 11 guests or more.
