A: The Melting Pot gift cards can only be used for food and beverage purchases in a Melting Pot restaurant.
Q: Where can I use The Melting Pot gift card?
A: They are not location specific and they never expire, so they can be used at any Melting Pot Restaurant in the U.S.
Q: How long does it take for me to receive the e-card after purchase?
A: E-gift cards are sent immediately after purchased.
While we do everything we can to ensure delivery of e-gift cards, depending on the security settings of some email servers or a recipient's firewall, the e-gift card may take time to be delivered and possibly go directly to the recipient's spam folder or could be blocked from reaching the intended email address at all. Please be sure the recipient has checked their spam folder and looked for "Melting Pot Orders" or "guest@paytronix.com."
If it is not there, please call (813) 881-0055 or contact support with your order number and someone will be able to assist you in making sure the e-gift card is received.
Q: I saw somewhere about discounted gift cards or a promotion about extra gift cards if I buy a certain amount but I don’t see these on your website.
A: We do not discount Melting Pot gift cards. Any discounts would likely be from a third party that is not affiliated with our company. Gift card promotions offered would be for in-store purchase only.
Q: Can I get a gift card somewhere else?
A: There are multiple ways to acquire a Melting Pot gift card. You can order a gift card online and have it shipped to either yourself or the recipient, you can purchase an e-card online to be emailed to you or the recipient, you can purchase them directly from any Melting Pot restaurant, or we can help you find a select retail location that offers our gift cards for sale.
