Melting Pot offers four incredible courses: cheese fondue, salads, entrée fondue, and chocolate fondue. 

Our cheese fondue options consist of an array of award-winning cheese blends, melted together with high-quality ingredients in our propriety fondue pots to create irresistible creamy cheese fondue with mouth-watering aromas and flavors. All cheese fondue options are served with artisan bread, fresh fruit and vegetables for dipping and fulfilling any cheese lover’s dream.

Melting Pot’s delicious salads consist of the freshest, crispiest ingredients and are sure to satisfy. We also source produce locally when available.

Our entrée fondue course is where flavor combinations are limited only by your imagination. You begin by selecting your group of proteins – such as Steak Lovers, Land & Sea, or even Create Your Own – and prepare it all with your choice of cooking style such as broth, oil, or perhaps even our grill. Then, with Melting Pot’s variety of signature dipping sauces you can create a culinary masterpiece all you own.

Often considered the most anticipated course of Melting Pot’s dining experience, our chocolate fondue options offer decadent and indulgent flavors as high-quality dark, milk, and white chocolate is melted and swirled with tastiest combination of ingredients. Served with sweet treats and fresh fruits for dipping, Melting Pot’s chocolate fondues will satisfy every sweet tooth every time.

Your Melting Pot meal can include all four courses or order à la carte and just order what you want. It’s up to you!

The duration of your dining experience at Melting Pot depends on how many courses you order and amount of people in your party… Not to mention how much fun everyone is having.

For parties of 4 or less, please allow at least 90 minutes to enjoy the full four-course experience. If timing is a concern, please feel free to note that in the Special Requests field when making an online reservation or with your server upon arrival.

Each Melting Pot location manages larger parties differently according to their layout and special menu(s) designed to accommodate big groups. No! Melting Pot does not have a dress code, and we want you to be comfortable during your dining experience. Guests' attire ranges from casual to more formal depending on the type of occasion for their visit. We merely ask that all guests wear family-friendly clothing.

Yes! Guests are not required to order all four courses when dining at Melting Pot and what you order is completely up to you. We have a full à la carte menu that you can select individual courses to personalize your fondue experience to your liking.

Cooking times depend on the food item to be cooked and your choice of cooking style. You can use our Melting Pot Fondue Timer while dining to help keep track of what you’re cooking and when to remove it from the fondue pot.

Yes! We offer many gluten-free options and can provide substitutions when needed. Melting Pot also has a dedicated menu for a vegan diet.

Yes! Just let your Melting Pot server know before ordering which food(s) you are allergic to, and they can provide suggestions and substitutions that suit your needs and preferences. It is also recommended to include any allergies your party has in the Special Requests field when making an online reservation.

Yes! You can make a reservation for Melting Pot the following ways:

• Call the location near you directly

Walk-ins are always welcome, but reservations are highly recommended for table service in our main dining room.

To book a large party reservation, visit the location's Groups & Add-ons page for more information.

No! Walk-ins are certainly welcome at Melting Pot.

Reservations are highly recommended, however, for service in our main dining room to secure your table.

Please note: Reservations for major holidays at many Melting Pot locations are, in fact, often required.

A guest can typically book a reservation at least 30 days in advance at Melting Pot. There is currently no standard availability window for general reservations or those for major holidays, but we aim to provide as much availability and flexibility as possible for online reservations.

If your desired advanced reservation is not available online, please call the location directly to see if further assistance can be offered.

Yes! You can add your request in the Special Requests field when making a reservation or by calling the location directly.

Please note:

• Our ability to accommodate requests is subject to availability, and submitting a request through an online reservation does not guarantee it can be secured.
• We are unable to provide the schedules of our servers to guests.
• If adding a request through an online reservation, it is recommended to call the location as well to confirm if it can be accommodated.
• You can also use the Special Requests field to let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion and is recommended.

Large parties (or group dining) are a lot of fun at Melting Pot and take our interactive dining experience to another level! It’s perfect for big family gatherings, business meetings, reunions of all kinds, and more.

Some Melting Pot locations offer a private dining room for large parties. Please note that securing a private room is subject to availability. Yes! Each Melting Pot location typically offers a variety of specials, promotions, or upcoming events.

There are three ways to purchase a Melting Pot gift card:

1. Purchase a physical gift card at any of our Melting Pot locations.
2. Order a physical gift card online and have it shipped to either yourself or another recipient.
3. Order an e-gift card online and have it emailed to either yourself or another recipient.

To check the balance of your Melting Pot gift card, visit our online portal.

No. Melting Pot gift cards currently can only be used for food and beverage purchases in a Melting Pot restaurant.

Melting Pot e-gift cards are delivered by email within a few minutes of completing the order. If you or your recipient has not received it within 5-10 minutes, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot locate your Melting Pot e-gift card, please contact Orders Support.

No! Melting Pot gift cards do not have an expiration date.
