Acceptance of Rules: By entering this contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of The Melting Pot Restaurants, Inc. (“TMPRI”) on all matters relating to the contest, which are final and binding. TMPRI is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of this contest or in the announcement of winners and prizes.
To Enter: To enter The Ultimate Fonduegiving Feast Contest, participants must utilize the submission form located at meltingpot.com. No other forms of submission will be accepted, and there is a limit of one entry per person. The contest entry period begins on September 22 and ends on October 11. During the contest period, entrants must submit who they are most thankful for and why that person deserves a memorable Fonduegiving celebration at a Melting Pot restaurant. Entrants must be accessible for private communication by TMPRI if chosen as a winner and must be 21 years of age or older to enter.
Method of Determining Winners: Entrants will submit their Fonduegiving story on meltingpot.com. Potential winners will be selected on or about October 20, 2026 by a panel of qualified judges chosen by Sponsor in its discretion. Winners will be chosen based on the story submitted, connection to the Sponsor’s brand, quality of entry and how well the submission reflects gratitude, togetherness and celebration. The judges’ decisions are final.
Odds of Winning: Four potential winners will be selected based on the stories submitted to meltingpot.com during the September 22 through October 11 contest entry period. Winners must be a minimum of 21 years of age and a domestic U.S. resident and eligible under these official rules. Employees and family members of TMPRI and promotional partners are excluded from participation in this contest. TMPRI is not responsible for and may disqualify entries that are misdirected, undelivered, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, stolen, late or lost. Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received.
Notification: Potential winners will be notified by Sponsor or another designated representative via the contact information provided at entry after winner selection on or about October 20, 2026. If a potential winner does not respond within the timeframe determined solely by Sponsor, an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may require winners to complete, sign and return eligibility, liability, publicity release or other applicable documents.
A participant is not a winner of any prize unless and until Sponsor has completed its verification of participant’s eligibility.
Prizes: Four potential winners will each receive The Ultimate Fonduegiving Feast, a VIP Fonduegiving dinner for six guests at their local Melting Pot. The prize includes a four-course Fall Limited-Time Menu dining experience. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) is $400 per winner. ARV of all prizes is $1,600. TMPRI will pay the participating restaurant for the six-person dining experience. Prize details are subject to availability and Sponsor discretion. Prize must be redeemed by November 22, 2026. If the winner has less than six total guests, or if the actual value of the prize is less than stated, the difference will not be awarded in cash, and no such claim will be honored. The prize is non-assignable and nontransferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, in its sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for payment of all federal, state and local taxes on the prize value awarded and for all costs and expenses not specified herein.
Publicity: Submission of an entry becomes property of TMPRI and constitutes permission, but not the obligation, for Sponsor to use entrants’ name, identity, likeness, photograph, statements, biographical data and other indicia of identity for purposes of advertising and trade in any medium without further notice, approval or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor may use automated or artificial intelligence-enabled tools to administer, secure, moderate, edit, or format the contest and related materials; provided, however, that, without an entrant’s separate, express consent, Sponsor will not use the entrant’s personal information or submitted content to train or improve an artificial intelligence model or to create a materially altered or synthetic depiction of the entrant, including a digital replica or voice clone.
Privacy: Entrants’ information collected in connection with this contest may be used with TMPRI to execute the contest and/or deliver prizes, shared with affiliates and third parties involved in the administration of this contest, including TMPRI, in accordance with applicable privacy practices and the TMPRI privacy policy located at meltingpot.com.
Construction, Governing Law and Venue: All disputes concerning these official rules or the contest shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Entrants agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed individually, without resorting to any form of class action. The parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Severability:
If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
