The Allen restaurant is led by franchisees Tracie and Dan Greene, residents of nearby Lucas who are transitioning into the hospitality industry after successful careers in other sectors, the release says. Tracie was most recently CFO and part-owner of a marketing agency, while Dan brings extensive experience in HVAC and commercial remodeling.

If something is working, keep doing it. And clearly things are working for The Melting Pot. The fondue restaurant franchise already has locations in Addison and Arlington, along with several others throughout the state, and one soon to open in Allen. Now, add Fort Worth to the list as the company is targeting downtown and North Richland Hills. They are hoping to sign a franchise either in the fourth quarter of this year, or early 2026.
